Do you have to join a gym? No! It’s about getting yourself moving. If you life and work in a big city a gym may be your best resource if you want to use fitness to regularly detoxify your body of unwanted toxins.
Of course, running, walking, cycling outside are all fantastic too!

How To Do Deep Breathing
Sit comfortably inhale expanding your chest and stomach areas until you feel filled with air. Then gently exhale letting your chest fall and your stomach flatten. That’s all there is to it! So easy to do you can accomplish it several times daily if you want.
Finally, check with yourself if there are other ways you can detox without dieting. Work with a health coach and learn what your body wants most. Perhaps a Sauna or infrared room. Most gyms have one or both of these. Spend 15-20 minutes weekly enjoying one.
Not a gym-person. Sit in the Sun, outside if you can or by a window in colder weather for 20 minutes letting the sun work as a natural way to detox without dieting. You also release vitamin D into your system.
